Her strong production background has laid the groundwork for executing large non-profit events and launching her social impact consultancy, Aligned for Impact.
Alana’s a community builder and collaborator whose passion for advancing women & girls inspired the creation of HER, Helping Each other Rise. She loves meeting new people, and wanted to create a space where women could gather and get to know each other in a more intimate setting without the pressures that come along with larger, more formal networking events. She loves bringing people together, and making connections.
